Hello, Welcome to Una Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Let us tell you a little bit about our school and what we have to offer you. Its rare to find a BlackBelt Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor in the Queens/Metro area, here at UNA Bjj we have two 2nd degree BlackBelt Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructors offering top quality instructions directly taught by one of the Best Bjj Fighters to come out of Brazil 6th Degree Blackbelt Master Alexandre Soca Freitas.
We Welcome and Invite all levels! For beginners that may feel intimidated or nervous about trying out the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, DONT WORRY! We work hard in creating a STRONG fundamentals program that is easy to understand and learn. Most importantly our students are friendly and respectful and come to class to learn and train. We don't allow "bullies" or show- offs in our classes, and if we see that tendency in a student, we work with them so they can learn to be respectful and courteous to their fellow students.
We encourage a supportive, learning atmosphere at all times. A Family Environment! And ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE to sign up right away. We want to make sure you find a BJJ Academy thats fits YOU! You will be given all the information you need to join but after that its up to you!
Our Facility is also equipped with free weights, bench, stationary bikes, treadmill, pull-up and dip station, battle ropes, medicine balls, to experience the total training experience!
