Childrens Classes

We offer one of the TOP Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program in the Queens area for kids. Our childrens classes are 45 minutes to one hour in length.

We have 3 group programs:
Little Champs - 4 to 6 year olds
Junior program - 7 to 10 year olds
Youth program - 10 and up.

Our MAIN Goal is to give your child CONFIDENCE! Confidence to be happy, healthy, hard working, strong kids. Through this Positive experience we hope that they will not only make Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu apart of their lifestyle, but more importantly lead a Successful life outside the mats.

Childrens classes run as such; First your child will do simple warm up exercises such as stretching, running, calisthenics to help prevent injuries.  After this they will move on to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu drills where we will show your child a technique by demonstration, and then the class will pair off with partners of similar size and skill, and practice the technique several times on each side. By doing this your child becomes proficient in executing the technique, thereby encouraging their confidence to grow.

After we go over techniques, we pair your son/daughter off with a partner and they practice sparring with the techniques they have learned.

Our children range in age from 4 to 12 years old. Separate classes are conducted for different age groups.
