Children
We offer one of the few TOP Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program in the Queens area for kids. Our children's classes are 45 minutes to one hour in length. First your child will do simple warm up exercises such as stretching, running, calisthenics to help prevent injuries. Read more
Jiu-Jitsu
There’s a reason so many of our beginner students, training less than a year, are winning tournaments. It’s the personal attention you get from our top ranked instructors that makes the difference.
You will start off each class with a combination of simple drills and calisthenics to get you warmed up. Then you will be shown a technique by one of the instructors which you will practice several times on each side to gain familiarity with the move.

Kickboxing
We offer a one hour class on Tuesday/Thursday nights from 7:30 to 8:30 pm. The class starts off with a vigorous warm – up of calisthenics, including jumping jacks, push-ups, sit-ups and running. Read more
