Jiu-Jitsu
There’s a reason so many of our beginner students, training less than a year, are winning tournaments. It’s the personal attention you get from our top ranked instructors that makes the difference.
You will start off each class with a combination of simple drills and calisthenics to get you warmed up. Then you will be shown a technique by one of the instructors which you will practice several times on each side to gain familiarity with the move.
This will be repeated, and then you will move on to controlled sparring. Sparring, closely watched by the instructors, goes in rounds that last up to several minutes each. This is, without a doubt, the most grueling part of the workout.
The combination of calisthenics, drilling and sparring is what will get you in the best shape of your life, improving your mood, energy and stamina.
